Thank you for shopping The BrownGurl Collection! Each item is made and packaged with care just for you.
We personally process all orders which are then shipped directly to you. U.S. domestic orders are completed within 2-3 days after receipt. Please allow an additional 2-3 days for shipping, excluding Sundays and holidays. You may also opt for domestic expedited priority mail shipping at checkout.
Standard U.S. shipping is $4.95 per order, not per item.
U.S. priority mail express is $26 per order, not per item.
International orders are completed within 2-3 days. Please allow an additional 15-21 days for shipping.
International shipping is $38 per order, not per item.

Return & Exchange Policy
Please know we do not issue refunds, but we do accept returns for exchange, due to damage caused during shipment, receipt of an incorrect item or size-related issues. All return items must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging. Please email us at info@browngurls.com for the return mailing address.
All U.S. domestic returns/exchanges must be mailed back within (14) days from the date your original order was shipped.
International returns/exchanges must be mailed back within (30) days from the date your original order was shipped.
Please be aware that you are responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipment.
Returns are processed within 48 hours of receipt.
Lastly, please note that SALE ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE/EXCHANGEABLE.
